Staff were great, room was spacious and clean.
The gym and pool are not even worth mentioning.
Breakfast and restaurant also well below standard.

You can find better place to stay with this hotel budget. a bit smell from drains. I do not know why they said it has swimming pool and gym since they do not manage and nothing to be equipped to work out

IRIS became my place to stay whenever I made business trips to Riyadh. Accessible and easy to get to while avoiding Riyadh's traffic.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. However there are no facilities in the hotel. Walking distance to metro station which will open soon.
