I liked that the hotel was out of the noisy area, nice owner . The room was spacious and clean. You can walk less than 1 mile and be at the town

Thank you for being our guest. We strive hard to be attentive, clean and a fun place to be.We are a tucked away spot from noise and traffic and provide a more intimate environment. We hope you will be our guest in the future.

Staff is not very friendly and the property isn’t very good. Bed was very uncomfortable and walking to my room was long and difficult.

I am very surprised by your comments. My staff is very friendly. I would appreciate if you could tell me moreabout your specific issues so that I can address them.the walk is about 3 minutes and we offer golf cart service. Please email your issues to me at Xbalanque.I would like to discuss your experience so that we can provide better service in the future. I realize it was a one night stay, maybe you did not have time to enjoy what Xbalanque has to offer.

No plumbing, no door lock, no wifi; scam stay away

First thank you for choosing Xbalanque. I have discussed your issues with my staff and the issues you mentioned were addressed and fixed. There was nothing wrong with the toilet and the door lock we showed you the proper way to lock it. Since you booked with Expedia we could not give a refund because we are not paid until after your departure.They have to approve that. We do have issues with wifi sometime because of the server. We try hard to solve these issues but sometimes it is out of our control.I apologize for any inconvenience you had.

Hotel moderno con areas de mejora
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HotelsEl hotel es bonito y moderno pero con mucha area de mejora. No hay recepcionista despues de las 4 pm. Hubieron varios incidentes que requerían atención de alguien del hotel (caida en escaleras porque no hay elevador y tema de limpieza).
Los camastros, alberca, cubiertos, tina sucios. Hubo una alita de pollo (chicken wing) flotando en la alberca dos dias seguidos. La tina de la habitación sucia.
Varias ventanas en las habitaciones sin persianas, por lo tanto te despertabas a las 5 am cuando pagas por un hotel para ir a descansar.

I was informed of your complaints from my staff. The chicken bone in the pool is the one you threw in there and then demanded my staff remove it. I am not sure about the tub but I have never had complaints about theresort not being clean. With constant birds flying over the outdoor chairs do get soiled before we can quickly clean it. I have a great staff and if informed that something needs attention I am sure it will be taken care of. I demand respect from my staff to the guests but I also expect respect for the staff from my guests. After 4pm guests are informed to go to the restaurant for attention.

Thank you for being our guest. I have a very friendly staff particularly the restaurant staff so I am surprised that you had an unfriendly experience. Maybe there was a personal matter causing this. I have talked with the staff.I hope that you will come back to see us.

Excellent property, great staff. Some difficulty moving around to town, but staff was great at solving this.
