Beautiful new hotel, very welcoming staff, except that the room was not clean a lot of dust on the fridge, table and shower not washing with germs.

Property was very convenient to the Strong Museum. Rooms were very big and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. I definitely would recommend this place.

Spacious clean rooms. Very friendly efficient staff. Some fixtures (shower head, door security plate, no USB-C outlets) could be updated. Very comfortable beds.
Neighboring construction kicks up dust but dust didn't impact hotel interior. Nice firepit for evening relaxing. Clean pool area.

This property is in the middle of an industrial area that is in transition. The property itself is nice, but there’s nothing around, not any good view, and again it is surrounded by construction and highways. Just don’t expect to be impressed by the immediate area. The hotel itself feels brand new and inside is really nice. The staff at the front desk was great. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast I’ve had. The only thing I wish is they were better with sustainability. There are real mugs and real plates and real silverware in the rooms, so I’m not sure why they can’t use real mugs downstairs and real silverware and real plates downstairs. They are obviously doing dishes, so pitch the plastic and give people who wanna sit a mug of coffee that is not gonna be thrown in a landfill a chance. Hilton needs to do better than this In terms of sustainability. The room itself was lovely. Very clean and very well designed.

Good place for 2 nights while visiting Rochester for a wedding. Not too many services (restaurants, stores) nearby. Convenient to highways.
