Perfect apartment
Publié le 19 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in Rochester for three nights and opted for this apartment for its central location and historic neighborhood. So glad that we did. The apartment was perfect in every way. Tastefully decorated, comfortable furniture, very comfortable bed, and absolutely everything one might need in a kitchen. There were little touches that made us feel welcome, such a cozy bathrobes and fresh flowers. Communications with the owner was easy. I highly recommend this apartment!

Quaint Downtown Apartment

Short Stay in Rochester

Long weekend in Rochester, NY

We enjoyed our stay as we were visiting our daughter for parents at the University. Great location, safe. I highly recommend for ease of location and just perfect place.hist was so caring and helpful. Five stars.

Lovely half-basement in the heart of Corn Hill
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayMargaret was a phenomenal host. She directed us to a number of fun Corn Hill activities and met all of our needs. Very attentive and communicative. This VRBO is stocked with everything you'll need for a long-term stay. The surrounding area is beautiful during the summer! Many coffeeshops and a public library nearby. Highly rated VRBO for a reason.

A fantastic base for Rochester visitors

I needed a place within walking distance and with a good kitchen (instead of having to go out to eat all the time). This place fit my needs to the letter. I walked everywhere I needed to go - I only needed to use Instacart for two grocery deliveries. I was so happy to be somewhere that was walking friendly and had great privacy and plenty of space. The apartment had everything I needed to cook, do laundry, and just feel comfortable after a long day of research. Margaret was an excellent host who left me to my own devices. I hope to come back to Rochester again and if I do, I would absolutely stay here again.
