Avis Luxury Golf-Side Lodge K Lodge Rotorua

The house is actually older than it looks on the photos. It was quite damp when we arrived but it was a rainy day. The bedroom next to the entertainment area was really dark and damp so we didn't ended up using that room at all. Several things not working while we were staying there, the rangehood light, living room heat pump, also the pool cue was broken, the football table legs were wobbly so I wouldn't say it is safe to have young children in that area of the house. Also, there was no blinds or curtains at the window facing the street. It felt lack of privacy and a little unsafe at night time. I do enjoy the cleaniess of the beddings and sheets.

Absolutely fantastic place. Lots of space with enough privacy for a group of 9 of us. Highly reccommended as it is very located.
