It was a lovely little private granny flat, warm and comfortable. No issues with communication. Great place to stay!

Good location and good price

The place is nice, modern and convenient, very quite. The only downside was the uncomfortable sofa, despite it was a modern, clean and nice piece of furniture. Otherwise the place is a really good deal.
