I loved the sleeping arrangement of two queens and a twin. It fit our family of five nicely.

The lobby smelled when you first walk in. Hotel is very dated. You could see daylight through the door seam. The door shook with the wind. Loud neighbors. A little TLC definitely needed. Probably would not stay here again.

We requested a pet free room and were granted it... in the beginning. However, the room they gave us had someone else in it (they didn't know at the front desk who was in the room). We only found this out after we went back and forth from the office to the room thinking that the key was bad. When the manager tried their master key and it didn't work, only then did he realize someone else was in there. Then we were left with a pet room. We walked into the room and it was rank. We requested a refund, but the manager said he wasn't in charge of that and that he would have to request it of his manager.

The bed in the disabled room was way too high for us to get on easily. The walkway by the door was uneven.
The price changed from Expedia where I had booked, when I asked for a disabled room-by $60!
Then they came down $30 for the 2 nights.

The couple next door were being intimate, banging on the wall for several hours. Couldn’t go to sleep, bc they were making too much noise.
