Nothing to eat for breakfast at 8:30 , ladies at the reception was nice, other then that everything was not so good

Qualité prix correct.

Under remodeling
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was under remodeling. My room did not have a microwave, but I was allowed to use the microwave in the breakfast area. Also, my flight was canceled, so i didn't arrive until the next day. A representative from Hotels.com assisted me with contacting the hotel so i wouldn't be considered a "no show". I was assured I wouldn't be marked as such. However when I finally arrived to the hotel to check-in, the hotel still had me marked as a "no show".
