TV issues, room smells like mildew, paid $20 extra for getting into room two hours earlier, when I told manager we leave at 4:00-5:00 on Sunday morning.i didnt get reimbursed $70 fior leaving 7 hours early at time of check out.
My brother passed away, we were in San Antonio fior a funeral, when we got back to hotel we couldn't get in twice this was an inconvenience it was very hot to sit and wait, the manager only gave us one key card, should of offered or given us two key cards perhaps one of the cards would of worked. The tub needs to be changed out, the shower made for short people and the wall needs painting. When we asked for clean towels, manager said we need to take the used towels before getting clean towels. Way too much noise upstairs running & jumping at midnight. Will not recommend my worst enemy to stay ar this place its an embarrassment.

We appreciate your feedback and letting us know the issues you had during your stay. We do not reimburse because you checked out earlier than the actual check out time as we do not have housekeeping 24/7 which we would than not be able to clean the room for the next guest until the housekeeping starts. NEVER AGAIN

It was walking distance to HEB and other stores or restaurants like McDonald's and Taco Bell.
