Pleasant, no-nonsense, pet-friendly
Publié le 26 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat communication w/ host. Easy check-in, super easy check-out. Important accommodations for pets. Quiet hours 9p-6a; I cannot for sure recall if it is, but feel this should be highlighted on the actual listing. Great park nearby. Super easy to get to highway.

Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe needed a pet friendly, located closer to Goleta rental. We basically needed a place to sleep and shower. Very quiet, clean and pet friendly for sure. Price was what sold us. You can't find a hotel/motel for that price and be pet friendly or quiet. (Kind of hectic and noisy in the touristy areas) I do have to say if you are an active night owl or want to party and come home at 2 am, this is not the place for you. The owners are insistent on protecting the "quiet time" range for the rental. We rented for that reason.
