Great place to stay in Santa Rosa

Within walking distance to the train station and downtown made it extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again

Cute house, great location
Publié le 15 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayI stayed with my spouse and another couple and we very much enjoyed the house. The two bedrooms are connected by a curtain, which was not an issue for us. Excellent location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and the train!

Nice Historic Home
Publié le 5 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe visited Santa Rosa to explore different wineries in the area. The house was great. The location is quiet, yet close to many restaurants and bars. Location is also convenient for jumping on the highway to drive to vineyards. Being within walking distance to Russian River taproom/restaurant was a huge plus!

Great Girls Trip!
Publié le 14 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had three people stay for a weekend in Santa Rosa. The beds were comfy, the house clean, and the shower fantastic.
Just a couple of blocks from downtown made walking to breakfast and coffee each morning a breeze.
Allen was easy to communicate with and left a bottle of wine which was a nice touch.
Please note: As someone else said, it’s a 1930s house so outlets aren’t always easy access. An Extension cord or two will help greatly. Not a big deal, it’s the charm of VRBO and older houses, just a good FYI.

Very cute, clean, historic home

It was an extremely hot weekend, and he had two portable ac units setup which were very effective at keeping us cool. We would book this rental again!

Charming property in the heart of Santa Rosa

There was plenty of space (both bedrooms include their own living room, there is not another, separate living room), property was well-stocked and included beverages, which was a welcome touch. Allen was very communicative and the courtyard was lovely. All in all, a great stay!

Our stay at the Urban Flat
Publié le 10 nov. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at the Urban Flat. It is very clean and comfortable and full of interesting antiques. The kitchen and the bathroom were well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet but there are interesting shops and eating spots within walking distance. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Allen our host was gracious and answered them promptly. Thumbs up on all fronts for this property! Diane
