The guest damaged the pool pump by handling it incorrectly, even though we have a professional available to take care of the pool. This issue is causing me a loss of R$980.00, and I am having trouble receiving this payment.
From the beginning, we met all the guest’s requests, including providing internet access, which was not included in the listing, without charging any fees for it.
I hope you fulfill your commitment and cover the damages you caused me.

A casa precisa de alguma reforma,mas não deixou a desejar em nada.
