Charme rustique dans le grand confort

Pour : Son charme et son confort, son aspect rustique.
Contre : Rien de particulier.
Emplacement : C'est un peu loin de la ville et de ses services, alors mieux vaut apporter quelques provisions pour la soirée si on a l'intention d'y rester.
Cela a été toute une surprise de découvrir ce lieu charmant face au lac, et la surprise fut encore plus grande en entrant dans la chambre Bear. C'est un endroit où on a le goût de flâner et surtout pas de se précipiter pour en sortir. Une vie de chalet dans le grand luxe avec un service digne des grands invités. Un seul hic! la faiblesse actuelle du dollar canadien nous fait un peu regretter de se loger aux États-Unis de ce temps.

The lake is pretty but no beach area, full breakfast, had to ask for decaf coffee in mornings and they ran out, noise from parking lot and their family most days

Lovely room with lake view & private balcony
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsMy husband and I stayed here for a weekend and were very happy with the room and lake view. The mattress was firm and we enjoyed the private balcony. The only thing we noticed that detracted was that the wall was thin between our room and the room next door, so we could hear the other guests just a bit now and then. But it was quiet for sleeping and we really enjoyed our stay here.

This area gets absolute quiet after dark. Driving in dark, especially in rain/snow conditions, needs extra caution due to mountainous terrain. We were first time guests and arrived at 10 pm. Office/reception was closed by then. We did not have any problem getting into our room (instructions provided by phone message) but to reach the house we had to take guidance from neighbors who were luckily awake.

Cozy, beautiful and serene
Publié le 24 juill. 2023 sur HotelsThe owner was just lovely and our stay was so peaceful! This was a business trip for me. My fiancé came along and enjoyed the kayaking and fishing right from the inn property while I was attending classes at the nearby community college. We enjoyed seeing abs hearing the loons, too.
This was a beautiful and friendly spot to begin and end my day with and I just loved the homemade muffins and fruit. There were even cute acorn shaped muffins one day! Thank you for hosting!
