Wonderful place to celebrate Thanksgiving
Publié le 1 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time in Saratoga at this beautiful home. We went up to celebrate thanksgiving with family. The house was very charming and comfortable. It is spacious and convenient to all Saratoga has to offer.
We had a small issue with the television but the owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Saratoga.

Great stay at the Front Porch

Summer visit
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall this was a great property. Clean and redone. Very comfortable. It is an older house so you know squeaky floors, could hear traffic outside more, etc. Just the normal for an older house. Parking spot was nice to have. There is a VRBO upstairs and it could potentially be noisy if you had really loud people up there but we were fortunate to not have that happen. Loved the porch to sit on. It wasn't too far of a walk to Broadway. It was a bit further than I would probably do again but the upside is we could also walk to Saratoga Springs State Park on the trails. And a grocery store is right down the street. We had a good stay for a week.

Publié le 25 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property manager was very responsive,however it doesn’t not really sleeps six people.the closet door in the bathroom almost fell on my daughter.And we we’re getting random complaints by neighbors about the noise when we we’re barely loud because we had a infant in the house so we planned on keeping the noise down to a minimum.it really made my family uncomfortable.There was no extra tissue in the home we had to go out and supply our own.

Our captioned listing photos, video tour, floor plan, detailed description, stay instructions and expectations can all be very clearly found on the listing and in the cadenced pre/ post booking messaging so our guests can be sure this space will suit their group excellently.
>>Guests may enjoy the freshly made Queen bed in each of the two bedrooms & the Queen pullout couch in the living room, that comfortably sleep a total of 6 people.
>>Starter consumables are always supplied as the listing promises and suggestions are offered for several very nearby stores should more be needed.
>>In the event that an in stay maintenance concern is shared with us we are happy to promptly communicate and provide resolution.
>>It is important that stated occupancy limits and the standard of peaceful enjoyment is respectfully adhered to and if not we do gracefully address. In rare cases such as this stay where we receive repeated reports of sound amplifiers, stomping, screaming and excess occupants, such disruptive behavior is addressed.

Lovely home in Saratoga Springs

Short Saratoga Stay
Publié le 21 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a very new and nice apartment. Very big in the inside. It’s a couple blocks from shops/park on broadway and under a mile from the track. It is on the south end of Broadway which isn’t as nice as the north side but it was fine.

Convenient Location For All Things Saratoga
Publié le 17 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at The Front Porch! If you are looking for convenience and being able to pretty much walk everywhere then this is the perfect location. Being from the city we are used to car traffic/noise - if you are not & looking for a country setting I would be aware that it is a busy street. The house is beautifully renovated and the kitchen & bathroom were fully stocked with all the necessities. We will most definitely stay with Kristin again when we return to Saratoga!
