Front desk service was just ok. I also saw a roach in the bathroom.

We are sorry that the service that you received was not up to your standards. We do our best for each and every guest that we encounter. We are an outside door hotel and sometimes if you leave your door open long enough anywhere you end up with a bug or two especially in this weather. They are in a very bad place where getting in and out of traffic is unsafe and dangerous.

We are sorry to hear about your issues with the traffic but its was the holiday weekend and since we are so convenient to the center of town restaurants and beaches it is always a generousl amount of traffic on the streets here. We are sorry that your stay was less than pleasurable, allow us a chance to win back your patronage. In a brief synopsis explain what was wrong and we will address the problem as best we can. We know upon your arrival there was a brown out that effected 2 city blocks that which was considered an act of God.
