It was an overnight Stay for a longer journey. Conveniently located off the freeway, lots of food options and walkable distance. The place was very clean and roomy. But the outside was like a truck parking lot. All Asphalt no grass

Needs to be updated. Smelled bad in the Lobby and Laundry area that you have to walk past. Lady at counter was extremely nice. Man, owner, housekeeper… unsure of who he was extremely rude and almost hostile. I booked the room for my son and had to go get him a few times. I have a service animal who is marked as such and was on me when I arrived to get my son. This man was extremely rude. Told me animals were not allowed on property (20 a night per the sign at the desk). I explained to him I was not staying merely picking up my son and that my animal was indeed a service animal. He rudely and audibly scoffed and demanded I take my animal outside. I again told him I wasn’t staying just getting my son who had overslept and he again told me to get my animal out. He repeated this 5-7 times as I stood at the door knocking for my son. Finally I turned towards him and fully exposed her credentials. He then walked into the room he was cleaning. I’ve never had such an experience with my service animal. We travel with her daily and are in hotels almost monthly.

After reading other reviews I was pleasantly surprised to find our room so clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. Our only issue was that the remote control didn’t work for the TV. The desk clerk replaced the batteries but it still didn’t work.
