Avis House Versilia Luca e Giada, 5 km from the sea!

Uns hat dieser Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr aufwendig und geschmackvoll renoviert worden, die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war sehr hilfreich. Von uns eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso House Versilia per un fine settimana (due coppie di amici). La casa è esattamente come da foto e descrizione. Trasmette calore! Abbiamo trovato tutto molto pulito ed in ordine. C'era tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Zona strategica se volete visitare la Versilia, Lucca e dintorni (moltissimi luoghi incantevoli a pochi chilometri). Host molto gentile, disponibile e reattivo. Parcheggio a pochi metri, in prossimitità dell'adiacente stazione ferroviaria. Zona tranquilla e riservata. Molto consigliato! :)

The property ticked all boxes for me and my family. We wanted an affordable, well maintained air conditioned house that we could use as our base as we explore the beach resorts on the Versilia coast line. Pietrasanta we found to be the best town to go to for evening meals. Luca the host was very helpful before and during our stay and provided good advice which saved us time and money when it came to which bagnos to go to. We spent most of our t8me in Viareggio purely because our children like the vibrancy of the place.

Wir waren drei Wochen im Haus. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vor Reiseantritt sehr gut. Vor Reisebeginn wurde ein Mietvertrag unterzeichnet und die komplette Abwicklung war professionell. Die Kommunikation erfolgte per WhatsApp. Mit dem Auto waren alle wichtigen Stellen schnell zu erreichen ( Supermarkt, Strand, Apotheke, sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.). Die Putzfrau hat einen guten Job gemacht, das Haus war auch bei der Ankunft sauber. Wir haben am Ende einer jeden Woche putzen lassen. Gerne wieder.

Lovely home, our hosts were very prompt to reply, easy check in, well equiped with everything you could ask for.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti, eravamo 5 persone, siamo stati d'incanto. La casa e molto bella e curata, a solo 3.9 km dal centro di Forte dei Marmi. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

We, family of 3 with teenage son, stayed at the house of Giada and Luca from 29.10.’19 till 05.10.’19 and can highly recommend this house when visiting Tuscany and wanting to have both a cultural and leisure holiday. It’s pretty close to the sea e.g. beach resort Forte dei Marmi, and quite central when you want to visit places like Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Livorno, La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Don’t forget to visit the village next door, Pietrasante, center of sculpting where you find a lot of restaurants as well. We, unfortunately, only discovered this village the day of our departure. So much for our preparations. The first things you notice when entering the house is that’s been renovated and decorated with love and principle. Drawer handles, match the bars of the stairs etc. This is besides the cleanliness/tidiness that jumps to eye when you arrive. The house is well equipped and has everything that’s needed to enjoy your stay, incl. good WiFi for the youngsters. We particularly liked the big, living, kitchen as being the entrance and for us center of the house, with its marble floor, counters and sink, big table, stereo, television etc. Something we would love to have ourselves at home but that on a side note. The checking in and out is easy and convenient. Parking your car isn’t a problem as there is a free parking lot only a minute walk from the house. Although we come from what we feel is a clean country, Switzerland, we were amazed by the garbage separation and daily collection of it by a small electric truck. Something a lot of countries could take as an example. All in all a nice stay, in a nice house, owned and looked after by nice people, in a nice and beautiful area of Italy. So much more to see and do, that we are almost forced to visit again. Last but not least, thanks to Daniela for her help and flexibility upon arrival and departure. Mike
