New refurbish bathroom, but old plumbing. Hot shower was good. Room was warm for our arrival which was great. Quite Motel. Very pleased overall.

Fantastic service, facilities a bit out dated, but still adequate. The owner is great, nothing seems to be too much trouble. It is a shame that there is no hand basin in the bathroom. Maybe with the next upgrade??? It would have been nice to have a bottle of water for each guest.
