Good but terrible check in

Check in was ridiculously inefficient. Staff clearly had no idea how to use the system. Bizarre

Didn't clean except on request and when they did They just changed sheets at least I think No Vacuum or dusting Front desk tried To be helpful and was for The most part The price Was Right and you get what you pay for Breakfast was cold and potatoes We're still Frozen a couple Mornings

Thank you for the feedback, I'm sorry your room wasn't cleaned properly and will take the matter up with housekeeping. As far as breakfast we don't serve hot food we don't have the kitchen space to offer hot food. Again thank you for letting us know of issues with your stay.

The beds are comfortable. They do not give you many towels and if you ask for more they tell you no. This happened 2/3 days of our stay to my family and my friend’s family who was also staying there. 3rd floor smells like cigarettes in the hallway between rooms 309-316. Breakfast is decent for the value. I gave it 5 stars for the value because the rooms are reasonably priced, but amenities and service are very, very average.
