Awesome Villa Close to Everything

Fantastic place
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place is amazing! We loved it and plan to return next year. The villa is beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. The beds were comfortable and inviting, with plenty of pillows and lovely throw pillows, perfect for lazy mornings. The garden patio was lush and shady; perfect for outside meals and together time. The pool was a great place to relax and meet new friends. The owner/manager was very accessible and helped make our stay a great experience. The community was family-oriented and very friendly. There is a dock that looks over the intercoastal where one can watch for birds and marine life and enjoy the sun setting. Siesta Key (public access #12) is within walking distance. So are restaurants and shops. The larger public beach, additional restaurants, and shops can be reached by trolley. The property included a beach buggy, chairs, umbrella, and towels. Truly, this property is amazing!

Great location in Siesta Key

The community pool Is only steps away in the backyard. The others who live and rent in the area are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting nearby areas of Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Lido Island and Brandenton.

Wonderful stay at Lil Naughty
Publié le 6 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very comfortable, overall very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely well stocked! There was an obvious effort to have lots of items in the kitchen and the bedrooms to have a very relaxed stay. There were also games and beach toys available. Loved the communal pool! It was heated too! Within easy walking distance to a lovely beach.

Amazing location and villa!
Publié le 9 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayWow, this place is incredible. Beautifully appointed, clean, spacious, decor is great. The pool is steps away and the patio area is great for a bbq and relaxing. I would stay here again hands down. Did not want to leave!! Easy to get to beach and the village etc, but much more peaceful than being in one of the big resorts. Oh and the neighbors are great too. 5 stars for sure.
