Thank you Jonathan for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay. We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay. When booking your stay we informed you that your cottage is upstairs. If this is an issue you can let us now and if we have availability we could have moved you to a ground floor cottage. This is summer on Siesta Key. It is known to have mosquitos and no see ums. If you leave your windows or doors open unfortunately they will get in and bite you. They can not be seen very well. If you have not experienced them you may think they are fleas. Also the bites may show up after the initial contact with this insect. If you would have reached out to our property staff they could have come and sprayed and let you know how to avoid them. I am not sure what false photos you are referring to. The beach entrance 13 that we are associated with is a public beach entrance. There is plenty of areas near this entrance for our guests to use the beach with our provided beach amenities. You do not need to purchase 60 daily pass unless you chose to do this. I am sorry you experienced broken shells on the sand. This is out of our control. When different weather events happen it may wash items ashore that are not desired. This event may have a different outcome every day which we can not control. When booking it is stated in your reservation as well as in the confirmation also in our welcome book that we do not have room service or daily house keeping unless requested for an additional fee. We do provide a swap out of linens and towels if you are a guest staying longer then 7 days. We have a laundry facility to use if needed. You did not reach out to our property staff with your request for more napkins and toilet paper. We would have provided this for you if we new this was needed. We want all our guests to have a wonderful experience at our property. We hope you give us another chance to make your next stay one you will enjoy.
