Publié le 16 août 2020 sur HotelsIt was very hot outside, and had traveled a long way, when we tried to check in the front desk/ manager/ cleaner tried to tell me I booked a smoking room. My wife has asthma and I will not take my kids in a smoking room, so I asked them for refund to go somewhere else. They said they would not refund so we had to stay. The room was not cleaned up properly, as the bathroom tub was dirty so we wiped it out our shelves and the tub plugged, the toilet plugged, the sink plugged as well and a/c did work as it blew hot air out making it miserable. I went out many times and all they would do is sent the grandpa to come and fix it. I think that this hotel is poorly owned and ran and needs inspection..

Than k you for taking your valuable time in writing this review, we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay.
Let me explain this, you booked a smoking room , on checkin Front Desk clear confirmed that is was a smoking room booked, if you request logs from Expedia it will show that it was a smoking room booked. Front desk was kind to have you show that last room that we had and also explain the problems in the room, you agreed since you did not want a smoking room , after 1 hr , Front desk did ask if you were ok with the room and reply was yes, you said dont mind what my wife says we are good in the room, 3 times Front desk confirmed if all was good and did not want to change room, at 11pm you said you wanted the smoking you that you originally booked but we were sorry since Front desk did ask yo at 9:30 that if you want to change room we still have room if its sold out we wont be able to change room and same thing happened , we were sold out and you wanted to change room , which we were not able to help you with , we are sorry but we tried to help but you do no appreciate.
Review helps other travelers to take right decision only if you right the true review. We sorry for your experience , hope you will verify the room after you book next time.

Front desk was slow and unfriendly. Room was not clean. Requested and paid for rollaway that was never brought. We had to go retrieve it ourselves. Not worth the price.
