Snowmass condo

This was a great condo to stay at in Snowmass! Excellent layout, SUPER clean and had everything we needed! Access to a shuttle to Aspen was available, but we ended up driving as we were carrying lots of gear back and forth to a tournament there every day. The Kitchen was very well appointed, everything needed to cook an entire meal - including sharp knives (which are nearly always of poor quality in other rentals we have stayed at). Washer/dryer worked great and the shower was quite nice, including ample supplies of bath products and linens. The bed was comfy and there were several different pillow densities to chose from. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub weren't available due to repairs, especially since that was the main reason why we picked this listing. However, we understand these things can't always be guaranteed and we appreciated that the management team notified us prior to arrival. They were very promptly responsive to all communications. They also offered a bit earlier check in & later check out when requested, which was nice. Overall, we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you!

perfect getaway

We were in town for a wedding in Aspen and Snowmass is a perfect location. This condo is great. It's small but perfect for a couple. A couple simple things would take it up a notch! It would be nice if they updated and enlarged the TV in the bedroom. And it would be nice if they had ice in the ice maker in the freezer. But it is very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location for hiking

We stayed for a week of hiking in the Snowmass/Aspen area, and found this condo to be the perfect location. The skittles skycab was a quick walk, making it easy to get quick meals in both of the Snowmass Village locations. It was an easy drive to Aspen for the ballet and more dinner options. The condo was clean and well stocked. The one bedroom layout was perfect for us - one of us sleeps late :). There was quite a lot of furniture that filled up the main living space. It was a bit tight, but fine for two people.

The condo was great and perfect for our family of four. Our boys did not mind sleeping on the pull out couch and they said the bed was fairly comfortable. The kitchen was sell stocked, plenty of pillows and sheets/blankets for the whole family and the in unit laundry was a huge plus, especially for a ski trip. although it was on the third floor, the elevator and stairs was easy enough to use and the ski locker room to store ski/boards on the bottom floor was a big plus. It is a bit of an older building and the hot tub was just ok, but the heated pool is plenty big. The wood burning fire place was a nice touch but they did not supply nearly enough fire wood and fire starters. We had to ask for more several times. The only negative things I would share was the lack of a dedicated shuttle for the complex as many other condo complexes do have their own dedicated shuttle for the owners/users. Also, they do not replenish toilet paper, so all you get is what it there. I thought that was really cheap and for a week for a family of four, they either should replenish same on demand or just keep it stocked for the week. I was shocked when they told us they would not bring any more for the price we paid. Overall, great place and perfect location near the base, but just the two issues I mentioned where the only negatives.

Great location, could use some updates

Wonderful location, quickly on the slopes. And we had a wonderful time and would stay again. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Following are minor gripes. For the cost, I expected better maintenance and furnishings. Such easy fixes, for the cost of one night all these could be fixed. Some lights are out, and none of the ceiling lights match which is just sloppy and gives a low-rent feel, some LED some not, many not working. The stove top is clearly broken, left burners don't work and have clearly been broken for a while. They give enough fire starters for one, maybe 2 fires, despite a week's long stay. Again, minor things, but at premium costs these things should be taken care of.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the lights. Every spring and fall we go through the units and match up the lightbulbs. During the season it is sometimes challenging for us to get the matching bulbs in our small community hardware store. We were able to fix the stove top right after your departure and would have been happy to do this during your stay had you contacted us about this and the fire starters. Please know we are in Snowmass every day and a quick text or call to us for assistance is always answered and one of our team will happily come help!
