Parking is a different story… 8am to 7pm it is paid parking Monday to Saturday and free on Sunday with a 2 hour maximum during the paid times. I messaged the property manager prior to my stay and never received a response. Overall a great property minus the parking

Great alternative to week in a hotel

Great apartment for remote work

Comfortable
Publié le 20 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThe location is great. We took our 2 children to Riverfront Park almost every day. Easy check in/check out process. Comfortable beds and amenities.The only complaint I have is with cleanliness upon arrival. The floor was FILTHY- and I mean my feet were black after walking barefoot from the shower to the room. I highly recommend putting a broom in the room for guest use. The carpet was really dirty as well. The bedding (in the bag for the sleeper) had tons of hair in it, unfortunately. We'd stay here again if the apartment was better cleaned before use. I give it 4 out of 5 stars overall.

Intimate stay in the city
Publié le 26 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayConveniently located in the center of the Riverpark area of Spokane, we enjoyed our stay in this clean , comfortable, and safe feeling apartment. Although the apartment is small it is fully equipped with whatever you would need for a short stay. Management is present on property to answer any questions or assist. I would highly recommend this property
