The beds are so cozy:).The kitchen was nicely stocked The pool was great for our grandson to come over after school and hang out with us for a bit . We would definitely like to stay here again and again when we are in the area

The location was great, super close to everything! I will definitely look to rebook James’ property on my next trip to Spring Hill.

SUPER AMAZING HOME & SUPER HOST

The home is very clean, nicely set up and all the rooms are spacious and well appointed. The photos do not do this home justice. James is an amazing host, very warm, welcoming and gracious. We had a very late arrival time and James was so kind and had late night snacks ready for us. Communication was also wonderful. The pool was very clean and welcoming.
Do not hesitate to book this home. It was a wonderful experience.

Birthday weekend

The property is very clean and is close to everything needed. The pool was clean and very refreshing. The owner went above and beyond expectations. James met us at the house showed us everything and when leaving he even provided driving instructions back to Orlando Airport which was faster and an easier drive than MapQuest provided. The TV actually broke while we were using it one evening within 8 hours after speaking to James he purchased a new TV and installed it!! James is a great host I highly recommend this house for your vacation.
