Was okay but disappointing start
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house is cute and the location was fine but we were greeted by large, dark stains on the bedroom carpet.. clearly an animal had major issues in there. I was told it was cleaned but I can't imagine it was done professionally to still look so bad. I did contact them about it and was told it was cleaned but they'd come out again if I'd like - by then we'd bought towels from the dollar store and just threw them over the areas. The next day I found my dog licking a dried area off the kitchen floor.. when I wiped it, it looked like something that could have been left by an animal. I called the property manager and was told she'd contact the owner - I didn't hear back until the next day, so had already purchased cleaning supplies when they again offered to have someone come and clean it. Hopefully they've replaced the carpet with hardwoods or new carpet by now. The neighborhood is fine and we had a nice stay but the issue of cleanliness definitely put an early damper on the visit.

Beautiful House
Publié le 17 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a girlfriend’s week, first time we stayed near the Red Fern Village. Walking distance to shopping and dining. The house was modeled wonderfully for two girls to each have their own rooms. The back stairs need some lighting. That was the only issue we had.

Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was good. Close to most things of interest. Older neighborhood but nice and quiet. The house has mostly been renovated. Definitely need more time spent on the bathrooms. Nice living room and back porch area. Always enjoy SSI

Publié le 27 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayQuiet neighborhood except for an occasional plane overhead. So many more amenities and supplies than we expected. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. EV charging connection. Note: 220v 50 amp receptacle. You will need your own adapter cable.

Last minute booking

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever experienced! Lots of room, nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Walk to coffee, bakery, restaurants and shopping. We'll rent it again.
