The ranch is amazing! It's authentic! The people were all super nice. The views cannot be put into words. The words just don't convey the beauty. You have to see it to believe it. The horses were wonderful. They were grazing right in front of our cabin. Riding is available daily. Breakfast was served every morning and it was hardy. Dinner required reservations and we enjoyed every bite. The saloon is very cool and the mercantile store was full of new and gently used ranch necessities and souvenirs. We had an enchanted week with a group of wonderful people. We're definitely going back.

Great Working Ranch

We used our stay to explore the Black Hills area but also were able to experience life on a working cattle ranch. Breakfast and Happy Hour were special times to just relax and tell stories of the day. This is a must stay place if you're visiting the Black Hills. Thanks!

Kara Creek Ranch is beautiful!

Breakfast was great and the whole atmosphere was very relaxing. The scenery at the ranch and on the way in was gorgeous. Wish we could have stayed longer.
