Was a good experience to me overall, good location, a local store nearby. It's only the soundproofing needs to be upgraded. I could hear people talking from the alleyway and the neighbour next door.

Our apartment was overlooking Darling Harbour with skyline view, which was awesome. Bedding's were nice and clean. Nice and workable kitchen with dishwasher, cook top and oven. The toaster and electric kettle were a bit old and did not work properly, needs replacing. Also, a little bit of disappointment with the indoor pool not being heated as this would have been a great way to unwind the day. The Spa was also over heated . However, our overall stay was very comfortable and relaxing . Thank you Oaks for having us .

Spacious and clean. Very close to convention centre. Only negative was the bedroom is on the hallway side. The blinds didn't block out the light fully from the hallway and woke up multiple times during the night thinking it was morning.

Interesting boutique hotel - hard to find
The hotel has good facilities - indoor pool and gym. The building was interesting, being an old woolshed. Location was hard to get to without instructions. I walked from the city and found it really hard to figure out all the ramps around Darling Harbour.

The receptionist is so friendly- and the site is so secured, no one can get in if you don't have key access. Sadly, we didnt use the the pool because we do not have time- but over all everything was perfect from stay and the unit. 10 out of 10!

Great location, hotel pretty dated
Dated hotel close to Darling Harbour. The pros are definitely location and the big pool and spa. Really nice. The gym has a few different machines but the area is too small and the equipment is old. The rooms are ok. Nothing too fancy but still pretty comfortable. Nice and helpful staff.

Room description and web photos are not accurate. Room in need of a little refresh and a good clean. King bed was actually 2 singles pushed together with a mattress protector holding together. Not very comfortable. Bathroom dirty with mould in the shower and plenty of chipped and broken tiles. Old toothbrush under the vanity. Carpet stained and dirty, good idea to wear black socks while walking around inside. Aircon not working and vents from upstairs to downstairs were full of brown stagnant water and random rubbish. I do not recommend this property. So many other nicer places in the area for the same price or cheaper.

For started we were upgraded I think.. from a studio to a 1 bedroom. Although I was rather disappointed as this room didn’t suite us. The bedroom was tiny and had no TV. Plus the shower is a bathtub combo 👎. And no balcony like the studio would have had. The bed was comfortable and good airflow in the room. But just disappointed on the room choice as it wasn’t what we wanted.
