There no sign for the hotel in the parking area for entrance! In the day time it's really hard to get a parking as many other business use the same building!

Did not get the room we saw on the picture. Property needed repairs, bedroom wall needed paint, wall cracked in few places etc. Bathroom door didn't close from outside, handle was broken, tap was dripping all the time, toilet was so bad. Bath room was in bad condition. Equipment making noises such as lights. Tea table glass broken and sofer had stains.

Only thing unique about this property is its facade. By looking at the front desk one would think that everything behind it is good. This is extremely deceptive! Once inside the apartment, you will want to rush out of it as quickly as possible.

Worst Hotel Ever

It was one of the worst experience of my life, this hotel located on 10th floor, the receptionist had no idea about my booking and the rooms were dirty, and no towels, soap and other necessary stuff.

Great central Sylhet hotel with views

Pour : The staff is a great asset to this hotel. The staff have the right balance between being attentative but respect privacy.
Contre : Cleanliness of the non-guest areas, like other side of building where staff sleeping and kitchen also create an impression. Suggest painting.
Emplacement : Central located, on the 10th floor. Walking distance to KFC and the popular Panshi restaurant. Easy to catch a CNG or rickshaw at building entrance.
Under good management. Staff caring and responsive to the needs of guests and service conforms within the star rating. Airport transfers are included on some bookings. It was great for me, a foreigner, to share accommodation and to be able to travel with my 3 Bangladeshi friends which provided me with extra security. When we had to depart early morning kitchen staff kindly prepared breakfast for us outside of the normal time - thank you for that!

Cleanliness needs to be better

Overall it was ok but disappointed with the fact I found cockroach on 3 different occasion. Room service is terrible. Reception staff were good, especially Roni.
