Posted May 21, 2024 on HotelsVery nice spacious room and good breakfast area. Handy to Ritsurin Garden and the shopping arcades. The hotel was quite busy when we were there and the laundry facility was a bit overwhelmed.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The night shift front desk person (I didn’t get his name) tried so hard to call 2 taxis for us to no avail. He went above and beyond his duty and was very apologetic when he couldn’t get a taxi to come to the hotel. We appreciate his efforts.
The hotel is new and very clean. The library/cafe is cozy, bright and welcoming. Breakfast had quite an assortment of foods and numerous drinks and an assortment of smoothies. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the rooms and corridors looking like new.
There are a few places for meals near the hotels well as in the mall nearby.
Highly recommend.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast had many options.
After checkout, luggage was kept safely.
