The resort is located in an astonishing island, with plenty of natural wonders to discover.
The hotel has a unique style, and it offers all the comforts and amenities to have a wonderful time.
In particular we loved the food, and the quality of the service. Definitely recommended.

It was the perfect place to relax after several weeks sightseeing Japan. The places was really beatufull and well maintained. Villas and team hospitality was impressive. One of the best experiences I ever had.

Unpleasant stay. 3 stars at best.
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HotelsOur stay at Hoshinoya fell short of expectations. Uncomfortable beds, stuffy rooms, and inadequate lighting marred the experience. Mediocre food and unresponsive massage therapy added to the disappointment. The hotel grounds were confusingly laid out, and the lack of beach loungers and presence of washed-up plastic bottles detracted from the beach experience. The insistence on proceeding with a kayaking tour during torrential rain, coupled with unjust charges upon checkout, further soured the stay. Communication issues with staff exacerbated the situation. Overall. Hoshinoya failed to deliver on its promise of 5-star luxury and we would in no way return. We felt ripped off and would rate this at a 3 star best in comparison to other 5 star resorts.

The only reason I went to visit Ishigaki island. Although my flight was cancelled due to typhoon, the staffs as well as the customer service of Expedia did everything they could to ensure I don’t miss a bit. I feel greatly valued and I do appreciate it very much!
