Everyone was very friendly. I had a couple of requests and they accomodated us with a smile each time.
We had a great experience overall.

My room was not cleaned at all during my stay so i just placed my trash outside the room.

This Holiday Inn experience was very uncomfortable. I had two double beds in my room both bed linens were stained with fresh make up, hair and what looked like a blood stain on one sheet. I complained to front desk staff she immediately apologized and took me to another room. I pulled the sheets back in front of her and there were strands of hair in the bed. I was disgusted, she apologized I told her this was unacceptable. The rooms were dusty and obviously the linens are not being changed. I had to go to Walmart to buy linens to put on the bed. This was a horrible experience. They need to do better with cleaning.
