Publié le 15 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe rented this cabin for our first auburn game. It was a quiet place in the woods with a beautiful back porch where you could see deer come out at night. The owner was very responsive, and check in was easy. We would definitely stay again.

The entire experience was HORRIBLE!
Publié le 29 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThe description per VRBO was very misleading! The directions per Mapquest were wrong. The drive to the property was very unsafe. The property was so secluded that it was dangerous. There was only 1 way in and 1 way out. The property did not smell clean. There were spider webs over the door & there were safety red flags throughout the entire community. Nevertheless, we refused to stay. We contacted the owner & he showed no remorse to our safety concerns. Therefore, I wasted $300+ dollars. I am so disappointed. I was trying to surprise my husband with a stress free getaway. However, the smell, condition, location, and environment surrounding the property caused my good intentions to be an epic failure.

Hi there, we’re sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-Google Maps has been updated to the most accurate directions and we requested the same for MapQuest and Bing.
-We are sorry you felt unsafe. We state the property is secluded and it is common for cabins like this to have one-way roads., as well as wildlife roaming nearby.
-There is a cow pasture nearby, which may have contributed to any smells. We visit the property often and haven't noticed any bad odors.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests!

Cool little property. Made for a very quaint and comfortable stay. The screened in porch was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. Joe was great, very helpful.
