あらかじめ予約していたが、1時間以上またされたあげく「予約が入っていたことを確認していなかった」と言われた。 予約していた部屋が17時までチェックインできないと言われ、近くの「Downtown」というアパートメントの他の部屋になったがランクダウンして狭くなりテレビもなく駅までの距離も少し遠くなったのに同じ料金がかかった。 場所がとてもわかりずらく何も表示が出ていない。 朝ごはんに行ったら今わ座る場所がないから少し経ってから来てといわれ、少し経ってから行ったらほかの人の残飯しか残っていなかった。 宿の人はいなくなっていた。 --- I had made a reservation in advance, but after more than an hour, I was told that I had not confirmed that the reservation had been made. It was said that the reserved room could not be checked in until 17 o'clock, and it became another room in the nearby apartment called `` Downtown '', but it was narrowed down and narrowed, and the distance to the station was a bit far The same fee was charged. Thank you very much for your warm feedback. But I would like to say one thing. We have talked with the host about this issue and he said that "There was a place to sit but the Guest did not want to sit just because there were 2 more guests who was from Afghan origin" . and he even said that he prepared your breakfast in the kitchen before he left. That's why please for the next time try not to be racist. In addition to this, We would take your breakfast to your room as well If you asked, but you did not!

値段の割には部屋は綺麗で広い方だと思う。 アパートの一室を使っているため各部屋を割振られるイメージだがそれでもかなり広い。自分が泊まった部屋は10数畳あった。(風呂とトイレは共同) 何より有り難かったのは、本来チェックアウトは13:00のはずが、飛行機が夜の便だったため18:00まで延ばして貰えたこと。 夜がかなり寒くなる時期だった為本当に助かった。改めて感謝を述べたい。

Difficult to find but if my e-mail had been working the owners had offered to have a driver meet me at the station but I missed the e-mail. All as described, very helpful staff and clean tidy apartment. Rather subjectively, the beds were quite hard, not to my liking. The block exterior is quite off-putting and public areas very tatty but that is just traveling through. Wi-fi ok but works best in the kitchen, by the time you reached my room it was poor. Close to Metro station "Oybek" makes it very easy to find by the informal taxi system. Walking distance to many tourist sites, lots of good restaurants in fair walking distance. A number of ATM's at similar distance. s
