Niagara Falls getaway

This property was just what we needed. Plenty of comfortable, beautiful space for the entire family. Property was clean and floor plan was perfect. Neighborhood was friendly and welcoming.

Mixed feelings

Overall, our stay was nice. The house is truly 15 minutes from the Falls and not in a busy area, which we appreciated. We really didn’t have a lot of communication with the host. Check in details arrived just before check-in time and there were no check out details. That made me nervous, but I’m sure a lot of people appreciate how laid-back it is. We had some issues with the thermostat continuing to reset so the house would not warm up. Then it suddenly got way too hot. If you have trouble I would contact the host instead of trying to figure it out on your own, like we did. Our other issue was that all the pillows were so flat it was almost like not having one. The beds themselves were very comfortable, though. Our stay was still pretty nice until the last day. Since we were traveling from the U.S. and did not have cell coverage we relied on the WiFi. I don’t know if we were being watched on the camera but as soon as my husband loaded the car the WiFi was shut off and the door code was disabled. We still had over an hour and a half until check out and needed the WiFi to get directions and check our flight status and wrap up a few things, but we were locked out and unable to access the Wi-Fi. We couldn’t even contact her because we did not have Wi-Fi. It really ended our trip on a sour note as we were put in a bad spot and had to drive around to find an area where we could get Wi-Fi.

Denisse thank you very much for staying with us. Vrbo sends out check in info automatically 24-36 hours before check in details. Moreover we also send check in details before guest arrives. As a host we are completely unaware if the guests have cell phone service or not. We have no control over WiFi. Wifi signals work throughout the property but not in the driveway. Smart doorlock locks itself if any guest forgets to lock it but guest code stays active at least 30 minutes after the guests check out. Smart Thermostat is latest technology from Google nest and temperature shows in Celsius which is Canadian standard and not Fahrenheit. I agree that some guests find it challenging to understand how new smart home technology work. Denisse we always respect our guest’s privacy try to give them space and we do not have any difficult check in and check out instructions. We are also available 24/7 to help our guests. We have tried to keep everything very simple for our guests. I was only 5 minutes away to help you if you asked for it. I’m so sorry you had such an experience and I will make sure it does not happen on your next visit. Thank you and looking forward to host you again.

The property was absolutely perfect! Clean and very nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. I especially loved the liquid soap in the bathrooms because I normally bring my own. Location was within 15 minutes of The Falls. Kiran was great to work with when we had a change in plans. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Niagara winery weekend

This house was gorgeous!! Beautifully decorated, very clean. The house was very spacious, beds were very comfortable and had all the little things we needed. It was in a quiet subdivision, easy to book. I highly recommend staying here as it was perfect for our weekend at the wineries!
