The hotel and property was very good
The only problem was the afternoon front desk. Staff did not know That the hotel airport shuttle service at 4 o’clock in the morning. We needed a shuttle service at 4 AM. Because the staff told us the hotels shuttle service to start till 5 AM. We scheduled an Uber. There should be better communication between The staff that work different shifts

Definitely will be back!
Posted Aug. 20, 2024 on HotelsIt was amazing! The location is great - close to everything we wanted to see and do. There are great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also offers free breakfast and there is a bar. The parking is great and convenient. The staff is professional, helpful, and kind! The rooms are so clean and with the perfect set up. They will take you anywhere near the hotel - mercados, airport, etc. We will definitely be staying here again!!
