Noise was from frequent emergency vehicles at all hours. The Japanese use their sirens constantly, not sparingly like the US. The emergency vehicles have full sirens, even at night, along with a loudspeaker.

My second APA hotel, it’s very tiny but does the job for their rates

The hotel was fine, the area…not so much. As a solo traveller, I was a little scared walking around once it got dark, although I felt fine in other areas of the city.

The hotel had no lounge to sit and the rooms are not cleaned every day. The room I got had no view.

Shinjuku Oasis near train station
Posted Aug. 6, 2024 on HotelsA wonderful haven during a weekend getaway to Shinjuku. Close to train station for easy check-in, luggage storage for early check-in and checkout, and numerous delicious restaurants and unique bars. Worthy of a repeat visit.

Everything was good. Only downside is no laundry services.
