Très bel hôtel
Publié le 30 mai 2019 sur HotelsTrès bel hôtel et personnel très serviable. Le seul reproche est qu’au Check-in, aucun plan des environs de l’hôtel nous a été transmis. Bien entendu, toute demande est traitée par le personnel du club lounge.
Nous avons passé 6 nuits très agréables et l’accès au club lounge est vraiment un plus non négligeable

Staff was really nice and welcoming and very helpful place is very beautiful and amazing view and everything is close by

Estuvimos alojados en una habitación de 4 personas con 2 camas de matrimonio de 150. Teníamos unas vistas excelentes al edificio del gobierno y sus proyecciones. Disfrutamos ooco de la piscina porque llovió. Tiene varias estaciones de metro cerca, muy bien comunicado.

Premier floor is excellent
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsAfter reading all the reviews, stayed at the premier floor which gives access to the premier lounge. Lounge had great breakfast, made to order eggs, variety of breakfast items. Rooms and service was excellent.

Excellent Hotel in a good location for the subway. The staff service was brilliant as was the Executive Lounge and the quality of the food. Gym and Pool were of a high standard. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Tokyo.

We booked the Premiere Grand rooms and it was well worth the price for hospitality services and amenities. All of the staff at the Premier Club were kind and gracious.

Good but need improvement
