Superbe ryokan

The days we stayed turned out to be very hot. Mr. Ito
offer great help to drive us to and from the train station

This is a very special place. It is a quaint and quiet bed + breakfast just outside of Tokyo, near Akabane Station. Mr. Ito and his wife are the most kind and generous hosts! They go above and beyond, and out of their way to make your stay in Japan a 10 out of 10 star experience. My husband and I ended up staying upstairs in Mr. Ito's old study room. It turned out to be perfectly comfortable and suitable for our needs. Just a heads up, the bathroom was in the hallway and very tight and small (but impeccably clean) so if you are a tall or big person, this won't be the room for you. The two beds came in handy as much needed space for those long days spent 24/7 with the partner, wink wink. The breakfast here is worth the stay alone. Mr. Ito and his wife are so accommodating and personable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and great Japanese hospitality.

Thank you very much for your excellent review which is far more than we expected. As you mentioned the days you stayed were so busy days for us . The room you could select was the only one left. Yes, it was small but we tried our best to make your stay comfortable. I again apologize for not being able to give you a better room. At the same time we must say that we were lucky that we could have opportunity to serve such a comfortable guests.

It was beautiful and comfy. The owners were very kind and were willing to get us to the closest stations. Also, provided very useful information. The breakfast food was delicious and It felt like I was part of the family.

Publié le 26 août 2019 sur HotelsUna experiencia diferente en una gran ciudad prácticamente es como estar alojado en una casa de familia y en este caso una casa japonesa típica , la amabilidad y el trato de su propietario compensa las carencias del entorno y las habitaciones ,el hotel esta un tanto alejado y algo complicado de llegar si no tienes GPS, pero su propietario se ofrece amablemente a llevarte a la estación de metro mas próxima .
