No elevator. Beware if you need ADA accommodations. That wasn’t an issue for me, but also, dried pee on the toilet seat, dirty ice box, dirty shower, faucet leaked all over the counter, shower valve put on backwards, generally outdated. I would’ve given 1 star but it wasn’t very expensive so I had low expectations. Also, it’s about as good as a normal or below average red roof inn.

The lobby is lovely and clean. The rest of the facilities are pretty old, run down and dirty. King suite and one wash cloth and one towel provided. Carpets in the hallways were filthy.

This place was a bait n switch. The room that we booked on the app was suddenly not available we were strong armed into getting a second room because they suddenly didn't have an accessible room for us. But then that morning while walking around the hotel we saw that they did in fact have our suit on the ground floor. The place was disgusting, dirty trash still in the room, the refrigerator was filthy there was mold hanging from the ceiling. The breakfast that they provided was disgusting in inedible. The only nice thing about this place was the lady at the front counter who had only been there for 2 weeks. I feel sorry for her

Terrible service. They did not honored the price that was on the app. THEY canceled my stay because she said I was paying too little for my night. Lady was very rude talking about she didn’t have her glasses and could not read my confirmation number. If she knows she can’t read without glasses maybe she should not show to work without them.
