Really nice hotel in the heart of Townsville

Receptionist really friendly and the hotel is close to many food options (mexican, burger, italian...).
Wi-Fi on the other hand is not free... that's a downside
I recommend.

Toilet wouldn't flush. Cleanliness of the bathroom was quite ordinary. Cut my toe on a shard of glass that had clearly been broken by the previous resident and not cleaned up appropriately by housekeeping. Overall, a good location, central to the Townsville CBD but will not stay at this property again.

Great location. But the price of Secure parking cost more than parking in the airport Townsville. One night parking at $25 is more than a day at the airport townscille

Onsite parking was secure and easily accessible to rooms.
Close to shops and strand.

Facility clean and well maintained. Location was perfect for walking to entertainment a stadium. Plenty of restaurant options on street. Room was well presented and quiet.
