First time in Door County and couldn’t have chosen a better place with view of the water from balcony, access to shoreline, great hot tub after day of exploring.

Dont spend the extra money for the jacuzzi in your room. Not all the jets work and they barely have any pressure. As if the pump is going out. Brought it to front desk attention and was told "ok we will put in a repair ticket" where as oh you spent $1100 for a room with a jacuzzi that is literally only good for a giant tub, let us make this right. Anniversary weekend and looked forward to the jacuzzi. We have stayed here multiple times but will be looking intonother resorts in the area from now on

Not to happy for the money spent!
Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsThe bathroom had a sink that basically hung on the wall, no counter space at all to put your bathroom supplies. The light switch for the bathroom was behind the door. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. I have spent a lot less money elsewhere for a better room. Overall cleanliness was good. I give this “resort” a rating of 2.

The room you booked was a handicap room with a special bathroom. Not all bathrooms are like that so I hope that you will come back and allow us another opportunity to show you what we have to offer. Thank you for your feedback.
