Lovely location for a family holiday
Posted Jun. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house and outbuildings offered a lovely quiet location a stone's throw from the bay and beaches.
With great surroundings and everything we needed we had a really fun time, we also explored the surrounding area and sampled much of the local cuisine.
Would definitely recommend

Nice cottage in a beautiful location, the check in process needs improvement
Posted Oct. 15, 2019 on HomeAwayWe arrived at 16:30 to find the property locked with nobody to meet us nor any instructions. After finding a neighbour who is not connected with the property we managed to get a number for the caretaker, who was at a wedding. After exchanging texts for an hour we finally established the keys were in the tumble drier in the laundry. Despite numerous texts and calls inquiring how things operated we did not see or hear from any representatives until the day of the departure. The instructions in the cottage are poorly presented and are only in French. The property is well equiped and well presented it is just lacking a good handbook in the main European languages. The local fliers for attractions in the cottage are long out of date. It is a good place to stay but with a little more attention to detail it could be exceptional.

Dear guests,
My husband and I sincerely want to apologise for this unacceptable check in.
As we live 2 hours away from our family home property, we hire a company to greet our guests at their arrival, to give explanations about the house and advise about the stay.
Be sure we will fix this up with the staff as they are supposed to be reachable during your stay.
We will also add an English version of the house guide book.
Aware of the inconvenience, we thank you for your remarks and noticed you enjoyed your holiday at Le Grannec, though.

Séjour très agréable en Bretagne
Posted Sep. 4, 2024 on HomeAwayVacances en famille dans un site exceptionnel à proximité du GR34. Top au niveau de la localisation. Très beau jardin. Une maison principale pour 6 personnes très agréable. Par contre nous étions 10 personnes occupant les 3 maisons et nous ne pouvions pas tous manger ensemble

Bonjour Frédérique,
Très contents que vous ayez passé de bons moments au Grannec. Oui la table de la cuisine ( 2.20m) convient mieux pour 8 personnes. Nous l’avons utilisée à 10, mais on est serrés c’est vrai ! Je vais modifier le descriptif de l’annonce en ce sens.
J’espère que la météo vous a aussi permis de déjeuner dehors.

Posted Jul. 7, 2024 on HomeAway15 jours très agréables dans cette belle propriété, au calme, avec un jardin magnifique, proximité de la mer et de la belle côte de Granit Rose. Nous avons souvent déjeuné dehors, et fait un feu dans la cheminée du salon le soir.
Ensemble très bien équipé.
