Ok but not as clean as it probably should be, mouldy tiles in the shower, and the floor was sticky.

Our room was very out dated and filthy & smelt stale Black dirty mop width mark ( tideline) around bottom of walls where a dirty mop had continuously used ,grime around sink area and walls ,dirty floor ( had to throw our slippers away due to filth on the soles that we did not want to contaminate our home , On pulling out the sofa to retrieve a pen ,behind and under was disgusting and was obvious to us ( 35 yrs of private home ; motel & hospital cleaning experience) it had not been moved out to clean for an extreme amount of time ,there were dead cockroaches : ,shells of dead cockroaches ,old toothbrushes , cigarette butt and partially used burnt cigarette paper and more as well as an easy 2 inch build up of dust n dirt ;under sofa bed cushions, crumbs ;something that resembled rotted banana and wet sticky looking substance We should be refunded for the unpleasantness we experienced

Hi Paul, We are sorry that you have a bad experience and cannot provide you with high standards of cleanliness, but it's unfair if you are going to use such exaggerated statements. It's our fault for not noticing the cleaning dead spots, but we do our best to clean the areas that are normally used by guests. If you think the area you are using is unacceptable, you can tell us immediately and we are happy to help you solve it or refund you, especially since you asked for an early check-in at 9am , we are sure you have plenty of time to inform us of your dissatisfaction. However, if you want a refund, please call us and tell us your bank account, we are happy to refund you.Thank you for your valuable feedback, we will keep improve our clean procedure and quality, have a good day.
