Convenient Location and Spacious
Publié le 20 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayIt’s a nice place, good location. I had to call the property management to get the check in information which isn’t what I expected. The property was clean and warm. TV and Wi-Fi were not functioning, which wasn’t a huge problem but also not anticipated.

The electrical system( 2 outlets) blew, could not connect the TV and internet, electrician has since replaced.

Great place near bretton woods!

Family trip

Great Stay for Family with Kids
Publié le 11 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for a long weekend to take our kids to Story Land, Santa’s Village, and go hiking in the area with our kids and dogs. The location was excellent in the middle of those areas, and the house was setup great for our family! We’ll plan to stay here again for future trips to the area.

Birthday retreat
Publié le 7 déc. 2019 sur HomeAwayThis property was stunning with Mountain View’s, a jacuzzi, and much more. It was incredibly comfortable and spacious. Check in and out was extremely easy as made by the renters. The only issue we had with the home is that the beds were unmade when we came in and there was still trash in trash cans leaving us to wonder what had been cleaned. The living room was clean and set up with enough space for everyone to play games and watch tv. Overall it was a fantastic trip and I would love to rent again!

Weekday Hiking Cabin
Publié le 9 sept. 2019 sur HomeAwayHouse was clean except for the white rug which was stained and should be replaced. Beds were good. Appliances worked. Very functional. The house is on a major road so heard the traffic while in bed.

The home is in Twin Mt NH- a town of under 1500- only 2 roads in and out of town. The house is conveniently located in town- some traffic noise occurs but overall very rural.
The carpeting in the entry way is meant for shoes etc- does get used but is cleaned routinely.
Overall- we have 875+ reviews and ranking of 4.8/5.0 and superheats on airbnb- feel this is a bit harsh.
