Très bel hotel mais un vrai problème de management actuel: draps sales à notre arrivée, clim en panne, wifi inaccessible pendant les trois jours passés, restaurant dont la gastronomie française apparente la carte à celle d'une cantine de collectivité, service interminable et nonchalant, prix déraisonnables: restaurant régulièrement vide malgré une auto promotion d'un chef français egalement absent.....

Pour : Les cocktails au coucher de soleil et les spacieuses chambres
Contre : La clientèle mal élevé, le personnelle incapable, l'impossibilité de se reposer grace à cette horrible musique/bruit dans le ventre et le cœur!
Emplacement : Magnifique
Nous Avons été entusiastes de l'emplacement et des chambres, de la vue magnifique et des cocktails au coucher de soleil, joli petite piscine et accès direct à la plage. Horrible surprise: le disco "trance" en limite de l'hotel ...musique trance de 15.00 h à 4.00 h du matin! Impossible pouvoir dormir. La direction vous assure que la musique se termine à 22.00 h mais ils oublier de dire que ça arrive deux jour sur trois! Personnelle sans aucune préparation professionnel

Worst place to stay!

We booked 5 rooms and some of us stayed for 2 nights and others stayed for 4 nights. Rooms were terrible. Charging sockets did not work, lights in the shower did not work, breakfast had terrible options and even though we purchased breakfast, we were charged for most items. Hotel management does not have you sign anything when ordering food and beverages so when you are checking out, you are faced with a surprise. Place is completely run down. A cockroach jumped on me while taking a shower. Please save your hard-earned money and stay away from this place.

Simple but comfortable at a pretty beach

Hotel is off the beaten path but overlooks a really pretty beach. It's a good spot if you want to relax, walk on the beach and just chill (and sweat as it is humid). Not the spot if you want to dive/snorkel as local waters are generally murky. Several bar/restaurants on the beach with good, cheap food and drinks, but these are you classic no frills local spots. If you want 5 star go 500 yds down the beach to the W but will costs you at least 2x per night.

Nicely positioned with direct access to the beach. Close to some nice bars etc. Breakfast a bit samey and bland for a 4 star rating . The fact that you have to pay extra for filter coffee instead of instant I thought a bit petty. Because of its location beware if you are not a party goer the noise that goes on until the morning ( psycodelic trance music everywhere ) will stop you sleeping , we had to take sleeping pills but you will need ear muffs. Don’t rely on when you ask for something it will happen, get it confirmed again and again. This is true for all of Goa. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
