Parties communes très mal entretenue. Donne l’impression d’être abandonné. Chauffage défectueux dans la chambre.

I understand that Val d'Isere is expensive.
However, when you run a property without anybody attending the property, you have to communicate very well. The conditions must be clearly written. I could not par a car on the arrival because the code is wrong. They finally got it right after a few messages including ask a guard at the property. I have tried to ask as many people as possible at the property for information including a cleaner. The cleaner explained to me where to put the key back. I believed him because these are most helpful during the stay. However, the manager who did not organize this property well enough gave me a penalty of €300. I'm wondering why this property can be listed in Expedia. It is hard for me to recommend anybody to use this property.
