They allotted shoddy room and when requested for change demanded RS 500 per night more which I had to pay. Poor experience from hotel. Com. Booking .com ensures you get what you pay for.

A mid range hotel with too many issues
Publié le 4 mai 2018 sur ExpediaMy check in was seamless and the room was spacious, clean and modern with central air conditioning. The location is not the best. It's a good 15 minute walk from Varanasi Junction station and it's too far to walk to the ghats. The hotel is on a busy road so noise can be an issue for some people (my room was right at the back away from the street and there's still traffic noise). On the plus side, there modern shops and shopping centres nearby. Staff tried to help but were not really that helpful. There are minor issues with the room itself such as wifi connection issues, issues with erratic water for shower (including hot water which I didn't get until my final day of stay) and two of the bathroom lights were not out. Also, air conditioning is central so there's only two settings - on and off. For me, it get too cold to leave it on all the time so I had to temporarily turn it off to warm up the room. Considering the number of similar priced hotels in Varanasi, I really can't recommend this as the first choice, unless the above mentioned issues have been addressed. It has potentials but it just needs a bit of attention.

Emplacement : L'hotel è vicino ad un centro commerciale soddisfa ogni tipo di necessita' nn c'è molto traffico e con un tuc-tuc in 1o minuti si arriva al chat prin
La camera era sporca piena di capelli ovunque e lenzuola macchiate,nn hanno fatto le pulizie il giorno dopo e neppure il letto ,abbiamo dovuto chiedere asciugamani .
La colazione della prima mattina era di caffè o the con 2 fette di pane tostato e una omelette,il secondo giorno volevano farci pagare l'omelette nonostante fosse compresa nel pacchetto,abbiamo chiesto un'altra fetta di pane tostato e ci hanno detto che era extra comunque poi ci e'stata offerta visto che abbiamo reclamato.

Publié le 14 avr. 2017 sur Hotels4 friends and I stayed at this location for 2 nights, the night we arrived the gentleman on front desk ( older male may have been the owner of the hotel) didn't;t even greet or acknowledged us , we came with a tour guide and was only addressed through him , the room was quite noisy , location is not central , I wouldn't recommend this hotel for more then two nights .... while it's short distance from all the activities ....I would recommend to check the room before booking and do not take front rooms as noise level is fairly high .. ?Wifi wasn't good either

Publié le 1 févr. 2017 sur Expediaガンガーのあるエリアまではオートリキシャで15分くらいです。ホテルは賑やかな通り沿いにあって周辺には遅くまで人がたくさんいました。
wifiは遅くてすぐ途切れるのでほぼ調べ物もできない感じでした。ホットシャワーは使いたい時にレセプションに電話してその後20分か30分でお湯が出てくるというシステムでした。部屋が寒かったので頼んだらヒーターを持って来てくれました。ホテルの人からツアーやガイドを案内されますが不要ならはっきり断れば問題ないです。単独でガンガーのエリアに行くときはオートリキシャを捕まえて40ルピーと料金の交渉もしてもらえました。帰りに戻る時に自力で交渉しても100ルピーくらいまでしか値切れませんでした。
