Logement propre et bien équipé. Idéal pour 2 personnes (celui qu’on avait). Personnel charmant, poli et à l’écoute. Très bien situé, à 1mn de la plage, 1mn de la gare et en plein centre de Vernazza.

Too many stairs no elevator. Not suitable for elder people as bringing luggage will be very challenging

Publié le 25 sept. 2023 sur HotelsNice place if you plan to stay more than 4 days. Small kitchen but nowhere to buy food to cook. Lots of great restaurants near. Be prepared to climb LOTS of stairs. Directions are weak so it’s a hard place to find, but Camilla found me and guided me to my room. Trains are easy to catch for daily excursions

Stayed at apt#3. Very basic room. Not enough space to space for luggage storage (NO closet, drawers or cabinets). First morning we woke up with NO running water. Had breakfast at local coffee shop then returned to room and water was available. No elevators and it’s on the 3rd floor. Some steps up f the stairs (depth) were very narrow. This place was not worth what we paid for. We found apartments much more comfortable and cheaper.

Check in was easy and you are walked to your room.

The place lost electricity for one night that we stayed there. The issue wasn't resolved until the next day. We asked for flashlight or candles because there was not light in the room. The hotel ignored our request and never responded. We were left in the dark. I contacted Expedia about it and have yet to hear from them about refunding for the night without electricity.
