مكان جيد جدا للعوائل العربية مريح ونظيف وخاصة ان الحمام بي شطاف وهذا مهم في النمسا حيث لايوجد في اغلب الاماكن

Generally good. Spacious, reasonable price..location wise not bad.
Just little far from the airport.
There is some traffic in the morning..

Clean spacious neat apartmrnt but no special services because of no front desk no dayly house keeping

Thank you very much for your review. We are glad that you liked the apartment you have booked. We are very sorry that you expected more services provided and daily housekeeping. However, we have stated on Expedia that there are no official reception hours. Our housekeeping schedule:
1 cleaning by stays of 3 or 4 nights
2 cleanings by stays of 5 or 6 nights
2 cleanings by stays of 1 week or more per week.

best apartment near station from airport anc vienna central station.Modern and new furnished room with bathtub and nice view balcony .

Amazing! Sparkling clean, modern and luxe. So much better than a simple ‘hotel’. Everything included (and more). So if you want to roll out of your place and walk to old stadt look for their city property. Tho if you’ve already done that and want to explore further afield - it’s perfect. It’s on the outskirts of Vienna - right next to the super convienent to Floridsdorf station. We used it for simple exploring of the Stadtpark (14min train), Heurigers (15min tranfer), and Prater (10min). In the sleek, modern cabentry and built-in’s there’s a washer/dryer, fully supplied kitchen, sleek bath, separate shower and soaking tub, separate commode w/ bidet, 2 , balconies (one with table/chairs for coffee or evening wine) - two large HD TVs w/ internet apps like Netflix, Prime, etc. -the company completes hospitality with may other thoughtful little amenities. Arriving - they have Nespresso for 3-4 days, tea bags, creamers, sugar, a 1.5l sparkling water, juice and a small local soda. They included a few laundry pods, dishwasher pods... and come change towels in the morning. So convenient - Spar, Aldi & Lidl within 3min walk. Tasty local restaurants for take-away or divining in after a long day touring. the room and building are sparkling clean. Stay here - this company caress about you having a pleasurable and value packed stay. Awesome!
